The hotel was nice, the lobby looks clean and at least there you feel the hotel. I slept like a baby in their bed and the location and rate was hard to beat. The waterfalls along the Columbia river were only 20 minutes away and the rooms were quiet. They include a refrigerator and microwave and coffee pot for a quick snack. No plasma TV yet but there is an indoor pool and an onsite restaurant.... more

Perhaps on of the better hotels in the area, but customer service needs help. We stayed here for business. The staff refused to add our Starwood account number to the hotel room because the room was paid for by my company. Does that make any sense? Well, it is a Starwood hotel. In my experience, one pretty much never gets a realy bad hotel when one stays with SPG. And this hotel is no exception. It is currently (sept 08) under construction.
