The hotel is in a great location. Just a block from the mass transit, and a nice mall. Two blocks away from downtown with nice restaurants. The hotel itself is getting old and needs to be remodeled. The beds were old and the room I stayed in did not have all the living room furniture. The Television was updated at... More

We stayed in a big room with a bedroom and a loft. I've stayed in quite a few of this style hotels. Externally it was nice, front desk people were helpful and the breakfast was good. The bad part was the room itself. Smelled stale and everything was old. The desk chair was in need of repair and there were... More

I enjoyed my stay last week at the Residence Inn. While an older property, the hotel has been refurbished recently, and I was happy with the furnishings and amenities in my room. The staff was friendly and very helpful with directions. I enjoyed the evening reception and complimentary morning breakfast. The hotel is located on the other side of the... More

Thanks for staying with us - I am so happy you had a nice time. Our hot tub, being outdoors, normally is closed during the winter. This year we decided to cover it and keep it open year round. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed it. We hope to take care of you again the next time you travel to... More

Just came back from spending two nights at this hotel. My girlfriends and I decided last minute to go away for the weekend. Searched online for a hotel and this hotel showed up with a fantastic price! Read the reviews and booked it. No regrets at all! Really impressed! Excellent location: 3 minutes walk to one of the largest malls... More

I just got back from a great trip bicycling Portland. I stayed at the Residence Inn near Lloyd Center, which is the perfect hotel for visiting Portland by bike. I spent the entire week getting around by bike, foot, and public transportation and never missed having a car. The hotel is just three blocks from a TriMet Max Light Rail... More

Clean room and spacious. We had a court yard room away from parking lot and street. Very quiet. Breakfast each morning was very good and offered lots of variety. Free internet access and computers in lobby was very convenient and helpful for getting boarding passes. Staff was very helpful . Within walking distance to the Max, shopping mall, several restaurants.... More

Bed was comfortable, hotel is nothing fancy but is well-located, has free parking and receptive staff. Breakfast buffet was good. Making own waffles is always fun. More

The rooms were large and clean. We stayed at this one twice on our tour of Oregon. The bed was very comfy and had plenty of pillows. The flat screen swiveled so we could watch in bed or on the sofa. As for the breakfast it had a varied selection each day and fresh fruit all day long. My only... More

We participate in an annual labour day tennis tournament in Portland, Oregon and almost always stay at the Residence Inn. It has many advantages and things we look for in accommodation: It is within walking distance of the tennis centre, it is at the beginning of the free zone for the MAX rail system, free parking, free breakfast, laundry facilities... Well, my title says pretty much everything I found wonderful about this hotel. The Residence Inn Portland Downtown/Lloyd Center is a nice property. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. I enjoyed having the kitchenette to store food and reheat things. The beds are comfortable and I like having a couch for sitting. I didn't like their shower/tub.... More
