We stayed at the Econo Lodge Southeast for Easter and was pleasantly surprised because for a budget hotel the rooms were super clean and the staff is first-rate! The place isn't fancy but it is great with many extras you would get at a 4-5 star hotel. I usually stay in 4-5 star hotels as I travel on business, but... More

Well, first off this place is very inexpensive but it is still very clean and feels pretty new. I had a 2 queen bed suite that had a little entry area with a table, chairs TV (not a flat screen but an older tube style, so picture is a little off), sink, mini fridge, microwave and cupboard space/counter space, which... The great rates and central location were our initial attraction to the Econo Lodge. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised that the king suite had a Serta Pillow Top mattress and was very clean. Our room was very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. Honestly we have stayed at the bigger hotels and never had the service... More

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I was visiting friends and family in Clackamas,  I have never stayed at an Econo Lodge hotel before and I never will again. I had visitors in my room in the morning and I had no idea they were supposed to check in at the front desk because the staff... More

Thank you for your comment Rachael Davidson; we take our comments very seriously at the Econo Lodge. The hotel visitor policy is clearly posted in the office and enforced when we receieve complaints from other guest about late night noise. All guests at our hotel have the right to a goodnights sleep and we always make sure of that. You... More

They gave me a good deal, front desk guy was a little overwhelming, But pretty nice. The lady that cleaned our room was very sweet. I was there for a week with my small children, and felt safe. I would definitely stay here again.

We needed a room for guests for two nights near Sellwood in SE Portland. Based on online comments, we chose this motel because by the time you add parking, the other choices were expensive or rated very poorly. The Econo Lodge is not fancy but the room was clean and spacious. It is an older motel run by an older... More

Traveling over the holidays, hundreds of miles, the reception was quite favorable, and as smokers a hotel stay can become an issue of comfort, as most places do not offer smoking rooms anymore, and if they do you most likely will not be otherwise pleased with the accommodations. THIS stay was beyond compare, value Plus, the room's amenities included a... More

We used Trip Advisors reviews to choose this hotel for a one-night stay. The room was clean and sufficient, though no coffee maker in the room. It was 39 degrees outside and about 45 degrees in the room. There had been no heat at all on and we were forced to sleep in our clothes to be warm, though it... More

Staff was very accommodating when we needed to check in early. Room was very nice and comfortable. Front desk staff had good knowledge of the area for suggestions on restaurants and entertainment. The Internet was fast and the manager went out of his way to make our stay a pleasant one. If I'm ever in the area again, we will... More

As Econo lodge in MIlwaukie is within walking distance to the events I attend, I choose to stay there as their rooms are large and pretty comfortable. I also like the morning coffee service offered. I have stayed there in the past. This time, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. I went to use the bathroom which... More
