I had a business trip to California and stayed here twice, en route, both ways. The Good Part: Free convenient parking. Pleasant staff. (Front desk and lounge.) The room I has was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Not so good: The deadbolt security lock on the room door was not properly adjusted and would not engage. (reported) The in-room... More

This is our third visit to Klamath Falls over the past 6 months (getting our daughter to and from OIT) and have stayed in different hotels each time. The Shilo Suites was BY FAR our best experience and best value. The property was clean and warm (temps in K.Falls in January get very low!) and the all the staff we... More

Summary: Its dated, but the service and the price make it an adequate place to lay your head. Upon entering the grand sized enterance, you notice that the hotel was built in the 70's. Going up to the room reinforces this fact with its dark hallways and doors with actual keys. When was the last time that you actually got... More

This is our new family Thanksgiving spot! We stayed here last year and again this year. (Helpful hint. *Make your bid on Priceline! ***'s) The hotel is supremely clean and comfortable including the indoor pool spa, steam room, dry sauna and work out area. But the best part is the Thanksgiving Buffet it's FANTASTIC, everyone gets what they want with... More

I was on a trip to Crater Lake and then SunRiver Oregon and stopped at Shilo Suites in Klamath Falls. While the room did have some of the amenities of a suite they were the minimum. Previous reviews indicated a level of four but I would rate it a three and agree that it is certainly due for a remodel... More

We had a positive experience at this hotel. I was a bit unsure having read some of the reviews, but we were satisfied. This hotel must have been very, very nice when it was originally constructed. That said, it doesn't appear to have been updated since (our suite had 2 televisions, one a large flat panel, the other an older... More

The owners of this property need to invest some $, taste, and love into this outdated motel. The place feels like it last been updated in 1997, and needs new wallpaper, carpets, and furniture. Everything is clean mind you...just boring to look at. Next time I will try to stay at a more modern hotel closer in towards downtown. More

Hotel is very dated and on the outskirts of town. They still use keys for the rooms. While everything was clean even the linens on the bed were worn. They offer a complimentary breakfast but it's not much more than cold foods, cereal and toast. They only put out powdered creamer for the coffee and I had to ask to... More
