As others have said, this is a very clean comfortable place. Small refrigerator and microwave. No breakfast, but do give you a coupon for the next door Apple Peddler (which by the way needs to hire some waitresses). This BW is well laid out and very comfortable. A limited breakfast at the next door Apple Peddler restaurant is included. Staff are friendly and helpful and rooms classic, clean and roomy BW standard. Fridge and Microwave are in each room. The pool is indoors so available all year. The Best Western Motel in Hines/Burns is a newer facility and is easily the best option for a stay in the area. We recently stayed at this particular Best Western on the way home- we were just passing through. I was travelling with my 4 yr old son and my 11 yr old daughter.
