We needed a last minute place to stay on our way to Crater Lake. Janet luckily had a room available for us. She was warm and friendly on the phone and it only got better when we arrived. We were treated like family! Great large bedroom and bathroom. Large comfortable bed. Breakfast was varied and delicious, plus she made it... More

Set on plains just south of Crater Lake, it is a complete surpise to see green, open, cattle grazing land when you have been stuck in forests for a few days. Janet was warm and friendly on greeting us, and her dogs were lovely. Our room (the oriental) was clean, light, and had a small balcony looking south. The bathroom... More

Made reservation by phone from UK. Janet was most friendly and helpful from the outset, including mailing details to us overseas. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Janet and her friendly dogs. We settled into our room with it's stunning views across the valley of cattle pastures to the mountains beyond. Janet gave us helpful tips... More

Janet is a great innkeeper. She went above and beyond to offer her services to us before and during our stay here. Right after I made the booking, she already mailed out the area information before we came here. On the date of our arrival, due to luggage delay, we ended up arrive after dark, not only she kept in... More

You right in the middle of cattle grazing nearby, super quiet, very nice room and breakfast. But we had cell phone service AND wireless internet. Good directions and easy to find. The place to stay near Crater Lake.

We had not anticipated fresh snow in June. But it snowed while we were out at dinner one evening and on leaving Fort Klamath we were soon on a road with freshly fallen snow - An exciting experience for us. We probably didn't need our two days stay to view the lake as the road around it was still closed... More

This place is just amazing. Let me start, first , by saying that we drove from San Jose to Chiloquin on Friday afternoon and were delayed by a lot many hours, due to a lot many factors. Janet, was up to receive us at 12:30 AM , and not only did she keep the light on, she was all the... More

My wife and I stayed here the night before we went to Crater Lake after our long drive in from Portland. The B&B is just adorable. It's seemingly in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by nothing but fields of cattle for miles south and the near deserted town of Fort Klamath just blocks away. Janet was ready and waiting when... We wanted to spend a day going around Crater Lake, but Janet our host told us we would not need 2 days at her place; that one should be enough. Why? because the road around the Lake would still be closed in April....Now what a great person to talk herself out of the business. I knew she must be sweet... More

The online reservation calendar made the planning very easy. Janet mailed us lots of extremely useful info well in advance. Great views, really comfy bed, and awesome breakfast. I really appreciated the selection of bed pillows ranging from firm to soft. The room was pretty large so I had plenty of room to do my morning exercise routine. Would definitely... More
