The Inn is as quaint as everyone says, and I am glad it has been in business so long. We agree the lobby area is welcoming. We can see it would be a good place to spend time on a rainy day. Our room was not so attractive and welcoming, just old. There is traffic noise pretty early. My favorite... More

We found this hotel via Tripadvisor. When reserving we asked for a quiet room. However we got one on the second floor facing US 101. Luckily there was not much traffic during the night. However I was woken up by a loud van at 4 am. We should have insisted to get a room at the back as most of... More

While the accommodations were pretty simple, the staff were very friendly. The place was clean and within walking distance to The Old Town section of Florence. Like the homey feel of this older motel.

We stayed here during a road trip from Seattle to San Francisco, and enjoyed it. The reception staff were friendly enough, and we had a basic room at the front, ground floor on to the car park, which we paid less than £40 for. Considering other places we stayed and have stayed since, it was great value for money! Very... More

I'm not gonna boast and plump them up like they are something they are not, but if you are looking for a good, inexpensive, well located, English speaking, very friendly, super knowledgeable about the area, great with directions place to stay...this is your place! The rooms are not 5 star, but they don't boast that either! It's quiet, it's close... More

First, if you can while travelling, always consult with TripAdvisor before using Hotels.com or a similar service. Second, Hotels.com told us (by phone) that the pet fee was included in the price ($10). The proprietor of the Inn told us that the rate only guaranteed that pets were allowed and that we would have to pay the $10. Not a... More

A dated property but it was clean. Staff did not seem very friendly. Too expensive for what was offered. They do allow pets but an expensive up charge. Location is right on highway. Noisy and parking is limited.

I had booked the deluxe king for a romantic get away. I thought we could have a glass of wine on our 'private' balcony while enjoying a pleasant sunset and nice view that included a bit of river. Ha! What a laugh. I'll be nice and start with the good. The room was clean. It is easy walking to old... More

Yes, it is old and could use some work, maybe a lot, but it was clean. The bathroom has a bad design and really needs to be up-dated. Its next to highway 101 so its noisy during the day but quieted down at night, no problem sleeping.
