This was a great budget motel. It was clean, the room was spacious and the staff was really pleasant to interact with. They answered all questions enthusiastically and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed.

Second stay here and will stay again due to walking convenience of good university campus restaurants. Clean, relatively quiet, good value. Nice reception on arrival. Lots of security cameras. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. It's a older hotel but the rooms and grounds are well kept, the staff is always there to help. We stayed one night in September and were disappointed. Our room was furnished circa 1956, nice for then but not really updated, very standard motel formica etc. Small bathroom with the original fixtures. I guess they worked. We stay at the Broadway Inn frequently for Duck home games. Although it is a traditional motor inn the facilities have been upgraded and the personnel are friendly. It is within walking distance of campus, Autzen Stadium, the Hult Center and 5th Street Market.
