The little details made this hotel a nice retreat. Cookies when you stop by the front desk, tea coffee or water available in the lobby (even at 10 pm). The complimentary breakfast had fresh fruit, eggs, cereal, rolls. It was a nice touch.

We were in town for the Eugene Marathon and really enjoyed our stay here. The property looks newly renovated, the lobby and hotel rooms are really nice. Free parking and continental breakfast was a nice perk.

This Hampton Inn is not right in the downtown area. It is west of town and away from the traffic. It was quiet. It only took us about 10 min. to get to the University area. The hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was great.

We stay here frequently during the year and the rooms are always clean and the staff is always helpful. Close enough to Beltline to make travel within Eugene area easy. And arrival by car or from Eugene Airport is easy too.

I stay here every time I am in the area on business and this is a fantastic hotel with fantastic staff and a great breakfast. I will stay nowhere else in Eugene/Springfield!! I appreciate all that they provide and especially when they direct me to a good restaurant for a meal. Well done!!

This is an average hotel, the rooms dated and on busy street. I would recommend staying at the Holiday Inn in town which seems to be new and in better area of town. This hotel is easy to find and easy access to/from airport and the central part of town. It's not the cheapest place, but the price is worth it. The breakfast is top-notch with more than just cereal and some muffins.

The first room we got had a smoke alarm with a low battery and was beeping once a minute. A call to the front counter had Andrew at our door within 2 minutes.
