My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Desk clerks were nice and friendly. My one complaint concerns the breakfast room. Staff was unable to keep up with the large volume of diners. One morning I found most of the tables dirty, no orange juice, and the bananas all gone. Another morning there was no coffee. All things considered, though, I...

During my recent business trip, I stayed for several weeks @ the Days Inn Portland South in Clackamas, Oregon. By far, this hotel (and it's staff) provided an excellent location to stay with it's close proximity to Downtown Portland, and also nearby shopping, the Max Station for convenient access into the City, restaurants and other local amenities.

The rooms most certainly need a make-over as we have stayed in much nicer Days Inns.Our room was small and the queen sized bed filled the room. Breakfast was good and the location across the free-way from a huge mall is good.

I've stayed here two years running and I can say it's on my short of list of places that I consider - I've have good experiences here. It's next to I-205 but I...

We wrapped towels around the faucets. Unfortunately, we stayed at this hotel for almost...

I stay at this Days Inn on a regular basis - minimum of 3-4 times a month. The staff is very friendly and remembers all of my requests so that when I call for my next visit I never have to ask. The location is close to everything you could want and only a short commute to the airport. I...

Friendly staff, spacious enough rooms.
But:
a. Bath towels so thin that 2 are needed to dry off after a shower;
b. A workout room without either air conditioning (impossibly hot in August) or TV;
c. Queen-size bed blankets on king-size bed;
d. "Continental" breakfast without pastries other than doughnuts and overly sweet muffins;
e. Elevators so hot within that...

Room was clean but dark - not much lighting. Lobby and halls were not air conditioned. There were four of us in the room and only three sets of towels in the room. We called the front desk and requested another set. It never came. The breakfast was horrible. Tables were dirty. Juice was watered down and tasted awful. One...
