The hotel is in need of an update. The staff is first-rate and very helpful, but the hotel hallways and rooms show signs of age. The wallpaper in our bathroom was peeling back from the wall.

My wife and I recently spent at night at this establishment and were very pleased. Friendly staff and expert housekeeping were both in evidence. Upon our arrival we were a little concerned about the close proximity to the highway, but found that the expected noise was not a problem at all. We have stayed at the Fairfield Inn in Central Point/Medford Oregon several times. We have had nothing but great experiences.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times this year, and will continue. I prefer the suites, but the standard rooms are quite adequate and comfortable. We stayed at the Fairfield Inn on our way to SFO from Portland. Not as nice as the Springhill Suites, but still had the basic amenities. Decided to stay at another Marriott in the Medford Oregon area as we always stay at the Courtyard near the airport or the Springfield Inn near Harry and Davids.
