Small, older motel but quite satisfactory. Stayed here one evening while visiting Malheur Wildlife Refuge. While it was very basic and old it was very clean and the room was comfortable. The continental breakfast was pretty good for a small motel. Nothing fancy but it had a good selection of cereals and fruit with coffee or juice. We found the... More

Polite and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Prices are more than fair. Pool and spa felt so good after a long trip. Continental breakfast was light but efficient. Would definately stop by and reccomend this motel to family and friends.

Wow. Where do I begin? The customer service here by a woman named who called herself "Vicki" was beyond rude. Thanks for treating us horribly and doing NOTHING to fix the problem. BEWARE: Don't stay here. If you do, here's how you can expect to be treated: 1) Clerk takes 5 minutes to "wake up" and comes out looking sleepy... More

This motel is a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. Good value for a good night's stay. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Couldn't ask for much more.

We've stayed at this motel at least a dozen times over 20+ years. It's our go-to lodging when traveling south through Oregon. We've never been disappointed with a room. The rates are also reasonable. Parking is along the outside. Their breakfast is simple, but welcome since it's hard to find a good breakfast in Burns. There's an indoor swimming pool... More

As other reviewers have noted this is standard roadside accomodation. The rooms are dated with blue bathroom fixtures. The hot and cold on the taps were reversed. They have painted and done some updating. The pool was fine and the breakfast adequate.

Stayed one night during a recent hunting trip to the Burns area. Room was very clean, new looking, comfortable, etc. The heater worked very well and was quiet. The bathroom was clean and new and there was plenty of hot water. One nice thing about this room were the double doors. There was one for the common, internal hallway with access... More

We took a roadtrip from Oregon to the Sawtooth Mts, in Idaho, then on thru Montana, and back to Oregon. Burn's was a halfway point between our home and first destination in Idaho. As we've traveled several times to Yellowstone, and Idaho on trips before, we've stayed in Burns 3 or 4 times over the years, while on route there,... More
