The building is old, and supposedly just had a remodel... The maintenance crew should be fired. It's a very shoddy job. The service was exceptional at the front desk, shuttle, and housekeeping. Broken lamps, caulking and paint that look like a drunk performed the jobs, broken sink in the bathroom, damaged furniture, and sleep number beds that do not work.... More

The pictures on the website are very misleading! The bed is HORRIBLE as well as the pillows! The hotel is dark and very outdated. The breakfast buffet was disgusting as well. Head to the Hilton Garden Inn across the street. More
