this hotel is nice, but the small details have gone unattended. It would truly be first class if they had the backing of a premium brand. Noisy meeting rooms, late housekeeping (every day!), and limited food options. Other amenities like free shuttle service are terrific. Helpful staff and nice rooms made this a good stay despite the lack of that... More

As a seasoned business traveler I have stayed in some of the finest hotels in America and around the world. The Mayo Hotel is a GEM that serves as a beacon of southern hospitality, charm and elegance. Every detail of this hotel experience is magnificent. The charm comes from the people such as Tanner who is one of the most... More

I have been staying at the Mayo everytime I visit tulsa. The rooms are clean and huge. The staff is very helpful, and the location is walking distance to the Brady arts district. The hotel has a shuttle bus service, which is very convenient.

Thank you so much for your loyalty to The Mayo. We appreciate your business and your feedback. The Mayo is an ideal location in Downtown Tulsa. It is within walking distance from the Brady Arts District, the Blue Dome Entertainment District and only blocks from Tulsa’s BOK Center. Our shuttle is a wonderful convenience to our guests. My wife and I stayed at this hotel when in Tulsa last weekend for a wedding ... along with a large number of other friends also travelling from out of state/country. The front desk team are very professional and friendly - thanks to Joe, Matt, Nichole - their local knowledge is first class and gives you every opportunity to explore... More

My husband and I stayed at the Mayo for a wedding weekend in Tulsa. I absolutely loooooved it. It has such style and is an excellent example of an old hotel restored to it's former glory. We were upgraded to an executive suite on the 6th floor (thank you Mayo!) and loved our room. Beautiful corner view, great bathroom with... More

When I walked into the stunning Art Deco lobby I wanted to love this hotel. But it fell short of meeting my needs as a business traveler. Rooms are comfy but missing little things like hangers the closet. Restaurant doesn't serve breakfast until 7am. Coffee takeout place the only option because the neighborhood around the hotel is dead. Waited an... More

This is my second business trip and stay in this Hotel. I had a spacious suite and a very very comfortable bed with expensive linens. Luxurious and spacious suites. Cool elegance. Outstanding staff, outstanding service and accommodations. Concierge service and shuttle service was also so helpful in recommending restaurants and to nearby shopping areas like Brookside. Drivers were so accommodating.... More

We stayed again for the 4th time! This time we had a benefit to attend downtown and it is much easier to stay at the Mayo and use the complimentary car service the Mayo provides than drive home. As always, we love hearing from regular guests. I love to hear that you have enjoyed all the different room types The Mayo has to offer. Awesome service and amazing rooms. We stayed in the Executive Suite on the 8th floor this stay and it was amazing. Also great service, we had an issue... More
