First off the woman behind the desk at check in was very rude and I found long black hair in the tub and all over the bathroom floor. The carpet was stained and the room smelled like BO!!!!!!! I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Broken plumbing, cold pool, roaches, fecal matter in a wash clothe, frig and telephone not operating properly, etc. over nearly a 3 week stay. The good news is that except for the general manager, the staff are exceptionally friendly and understanding. The general manager did nothing to make me want to come back for another business trip next year. LC
