We were tired of paying for overpriced rooms, thought we would try this beautiful local motel and we have been making this our half way mark when we travel from New Mexico to Tenneessee.

I stay at this motel 3 nights a week almost every week. The rooms are always clean an the staff is exceptionally nice. the beds are all new an are very comfortable. great place at a reasonable price..
I have stayed at the Interstate in many times and they recently remodeled it, inside and out. It was always a nice place to stay but with new carpets and beds it is a great place and they have great rates. It is family owned and it shows that they care about their guests
the room was neat and appear clean. However their was a urine smell. the oder smell appear to be coming from the carpet They need to steam clean the carpets. . The rooms were book ahead for family members coming for a funeral. Because of the smell I would not stay here again .
After a long drive from Alamogordo, NM, we stopped at this motel for a nights rest. What a delight. It was comfortable, friendly (pet friendly also), clean and reasonable.
