The room looked really nice, but after we got all of our stuff inside ,got undressed & ready to relax, we turned down the bed & found dirty sheets & pillow cases (someone had written on one of them & there was mascara all over another one). There was hair all over the bathtub also. It was not a very pleasant experience. We should have checked before we accepted the room, but we were extremely tired, our bad! more
