Used Priceline with a $39 bid for a 2 star hotel, and got the ESA -NW. When we arrived at the ESA-NW late at night, they told us they were overbooked but had a room for us at the airport location. We reserved two rooms three months in advance. When we arrived, there were no doubles left. Why would a hotel book a reservation for a room they didn't have?
