Very helpful staff in a stressful travel situation. They helped book a hotel when I was stranded in another city after leaving them. I would recommend them to anyone traveling anywhere in the country. GOod job keep it up.

A very clean facility. Lots of restaurants within waking distance. Cooked to order breakfast available in the lobby for a fee. Beds are very comfortable, state of the art, with firmness adjustments for both sides. Great business and fitness centers. Outdoor pool with ample tables and chairs to relax.

Great hotel, but since it is located in the Tornado Belt, they should have a below ground storm shelter or, at the very least, an evacuation plan and transportation at the ready. Hotel looks and feels new, always clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Snack bar handy for late night arrivals. Rooms have microwaves and fridges. Great breakfast and buffet staff always cheerful and welcoming. Lots of places to sit in lobby area and meet with business guests. Excellent hotel close to OU Campus

Stayed in King Suite. Very big room. Nice layout. Would have been nice to have actual door separating bedroom from living area. Breakfast was wonderful with full cooked meal options - so much to choose from!

Stayed at this hotel while helping my daughter move home from OU. Very nice from the staff to the hotel itself and the perfect location. Felt very safe and never worried about anything. The fitness center was nice and well-maintained. Didn't get to use the pool area, but it looked very nice. It even had an outdoor fireplace.

This hotel is in the process of upgrading the lobby area and has a great staff. When I travel to Norman, I always stay at this hotel because they always trying to find ways to improve on service to the guest. Also the complimentary cookies at check-in is always a plus
