My husband and I arrived around 1:30 pm and knew we were too early for check-in. The man at the counter booked our room and told us it would be ready at 3:00 pm for check-in. We went to Wal-Mart and wandered around until 3:00 pm. When we went back to the hotel, the lady at the counter said our room was not ready yet and to come back in half an hour. Her reason for the delay was that housekeeping was understaffed today. We were gone more like 45 minutes, but when we returned, we were once AGAIN told that our room was not ready and would be about 20 more minutes. The lady said the reason this time was because the person in that room was a day sleeper and they were having a hard time getting him out of the room... he had just woke up at 3:00 pm (seems to me he should have been out at noon when the regular check-out time was scheduled).
