This property is out of town,not far off the main highway but was quiet and probably less than 5 years old. First impressions are good with very friendly front desk staff and a small lobby with sofas and a tv. Things changed when we got to the room! After driving through the depressing majority of Kansas I had little hope for a decent night's sleep after crossing into Oklahoma. We stayed at this motel on the way home from a recent road trip because my brother and his wife had recommended it. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the indoor pool. The room was fairly clean, but I had to wipe a smudge off the wall. The complimentary breakfast was adequate, with cereal, make-your-own waffles, and canned fruit. more
