Rate was good, but as another reviewer noted the noise from trucks jack-braking on the interstate comes through the walls. There is a faint smoker's odor throughout, and kind of a funky background smell on the third floor. There's a Waffle House and Starbuck's next door. Staff was efficient but not particularly friendly. If you would like a nice hotel within 30 minutes of Columbus OH, I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room was nice, clean and comfortable. Though this location is approximately 20 miles north of Columbus, OH, it is well worth the drive. It is quite a serene location, even though it's right off the freeway.
