I have never stayed at a hotel with such freindly and "willing to please" staff. Every staff member, from the cleaning crew to the restaurant staff, were willing to accomodate any need that I had. This hotel is 100% committed to a positive experience. After you check in they called my room to make sure it was to my liking and that everything was in order. I'm really surprised that no one has mentioned the parrot that lives near the reception desk! I can confirm what some of the other reviewers have said. My room was enormous and immaculate. This was a great hotel. We were booked into a single king bedroom when we needed a room with two double beds. The hotel instantly switched us to another room and called to see if there was anything else that we needed. Staff was professional and courteous. Would stay at this hotel again anytime!! more
