We were in town for our son's wedding and were thrilled with the helpfulness of the staff. They answered all our questions/emails in a timely manner and made us and our family/friends feel so welcome. The rooms were clean, the halls quiet, and the food was delicious. We had a wonderful stay.

Hallway floors creaked as well as unit floors. Outside noise was transmitted into the room too easily in my opinion. If your not bothered too much by background noise then the staff and facilities are real good.

This hotel will issue ANYONE a key to your room if they know your last name and room number. Scary how it takes tragedy's to occur before people want to take action on lax security measures. Business center has slow and old computers that crashed without warning. One of the printers was out of service. The Biz center smelled musty and of of stale smoke. The room had a funky odor also.
