this is my second visit and it met all of the expectations from the last. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and roomy, beds comfy and big. Location is super with many restaurants, food stores and other shopping areas as well as close access to the ferry. Very good breakfast with coffee all day as well.

Persistent annoying noise in room 233 - every 15 minutes the noise from the (i assume ice maker) from floor below. I'm not one to complain - so I stuck it out.

To start out our New Years weekend. Very early check-in which allowed for multiple trips to the swimming pool and hot tub. We even had a shuttle to and from the downtown festivities. Next morning had breakfast and late checkout. Very nice and attentive staff.
