Check in was suppose to be at 3 but we didn't make it there until 6 we checked in went to the pool and the chlorine was so strong in the pool that being in the pool room at all caused burning to our eyes...The very nice sliding glass padio doors were nailed shut... very getto! Grabbed at the last minute for unplanned trip, everything else full. Big mistake. The place is gross, old, unclean, very few (and thin) linens, saggy bed. Tried to find anywhere else to go, would have absorbed cost just to escape. This place needs a major overhaul, yuck. more
I needed an overnight stay near the interstate with my family. I've had good luck with Best Western in the past, and booked this hotel. It was awful. The entire places smells bad; the rooms are dark, cold, and cramped; and the front desk staff is inattentive at best and rude at worst. This was just about the most miserable... more
