Recently stayed at this property while on business. Nicer than most BW hotels due to significant upgrades a few years ago. Positives: great location, quiet, easy interstate access. Wanting to stay in Canton, instead of Cleveland, we were very impressed with the staff, the rooms (the beds were wonderful!), the cleanliness, the friendlyness, and the free breakfasts of Belgian waffles, hot bicuits and gravy and other fresh choices. Can't say enough good things about this wonderful hotel!

The gentleman at the counter was very friendly kind and helpful, we did not have a reservation but even with us coming in very late he was able to find us a room at a very reasonable price. Having people like Sara at the froint desk and Cathy making the great waffles in the morning is a thing that will bring people back. Their friendliness makes you feel like you are family. Have stayed there in 2010 and 2011. Very comfortable rooms at a decent price. Quite location next to mall loaded with restaurants and shopping.

Appears to be undergoing renovations - parts of the hallways were concrete - carpet was not replaced yet - however my room appeared to be updated - very large and well equipped - ref/microwave - only complaint - trouble with "hot tub" it was ice cold -

Room was very large, very clean and very modern. This motel is what Holiday Inns used to be back in the 80s when I stayed out over 100 nights a year.
