The hotel was quite comfortable...common areas large and gave it a warm feel. The breakfast buffet was as expected, adequate with a large choice. All employees were helpful and friendly. I would stay there again.

Our only complaint would be the attitude of the front desk staff when we asked to check in an hour early. We had been up since 3am and were beat and wanted to rest before a family event at 5pm. Mount Vernon was not all that large, but our family had fun there. The people were sweet and the room was good. No complaints.
