How can this crummy, outdated, elevator-less and smoky rest stop be a BestWestern Plus supposedly worth 16,000 Rewards points? It is almost impossible to get a smoke-free room on the 1st floor. We are opting to drive farther to the Hampton Inn at either Eastgate or Maysville just to avoid this place.

I was very surprised by the quality of this hotel. It was better than I expected. The staff was helpful, the room clean, and the pool and outside patio great. The room and bathroom were of the same quality as more expensive hotels I've stayed in. Close to restaurants and gas. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
