We stayed here while in town for a soccer tournament. Staff were great! Everyone from the front desk to the women helping with breakfast. Rooms were large and had everything we needed. The bedding for the pullout you do have to put on yourself and when we went to get the bedding from the closet the mattress pad was stained...

The hotel staff are very service oriented and seem genuinely happy to work there. This is my first choice hotel when in Cleveland on business, as they go out of their way to meet my needs, even when I need something that is not a standard service that they offer.

I give this a very good rating on the strength of the staff, which went out of its way for me (including the front desk clerk who spent ten minutes trying to locate a store with decent wines.
