This is a standard Holiday Inn Express located near everything. The rooms a nice sized and pretty clean. They only problem was that it was very noisy, mostly from housekeeping.. Because of that I would recommend going somewhere else.

Property located off main route in Mentor. Quiet location with plenty of parking. Large for a HIE but that did not effect internet nor elevators. Both worked well. Full size pool. Room was large, bathroom was fine and want to mention towels very soft! Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast standard fare. Would stay again.

Recommend! Staff is very accommodating, they went out of their way to give us service that is hard to find now days. Our room was very nice and the complimentry breakfast is better than most. We are seniors so we were impressed with how nice the hotel was.
