I was greeted with much politeness by the front desk, checked-in in a timely manner, the room was very clean and better than what I expected, especially after reading such negative reviews by other visitors on this review panel. This is one of the best hotel that i have stayed in toledo area. we travel to toledo area few times a area. the hotel is new and fresh. staff at the hotel very pleasant. the food at restaurant was great. we are definately going back. more

If you plan on spending the amount of money splash bay wants $169 for 4 people in a regular room which includes two queen beds a pull out sofa micro fridge and microwave. This hotel looks like a corporate hotel targeting male business travellers yet is connected to a waterpark that draws families. There is nothing about the hotel that is family friendly. The hotel restaurant's food was horrible! We received a "free breakfast" ticket and when we presented it for the meal, we were told we had to use the breakfast buffet.
