We came to Massillon at the last minute for a funeral, and were thrilled to find a room here, where we had such a good experience when we came for a wedding a few years ago. Stayed two nights on business. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good complimentary breakfast. Within walking distance of serveral reasonable restaurants and bars, and easy to get to. A little strange to access lobby, as it sits on top of the parking garage.

Comfortable, clean, a real home away from home. We love to stay here when we are in the Massillon area. The staff are always helpful and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfasts are fantastic. The excercise room is clean and well equipped. Overall, a really great stay.

The Hampton Inn in Massillon always meets expectations. Our family stays here year after year during the 4th of July holiday. It's clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If something out of the ordinary happens, i.e. fighting guests, one phone call and they immediately took care of it.

Good hotel, clean, busy breakfast. We didn't sleep as well as we would have liked, we could hear the plumbing from the room upstairs, but other than that, not bad!
