We arrived late and were given a reasonable price for 4 sisters in a room. The only problem was not enough washcloths for 4 but we could have called for more and we did not. We are enjoying our stay! Breakfast was good. The employ keeping the breakfast items stocked did a great job during a large breakfast crowd. The lady at the front desk is really helpful.

We stayed at the Hampton after finding bed bugs in the hotel across the street. The desk person was extremely nice and accomodating. The rooms were very clean and even smelled clean. Close proximity to the Outlet Malls and Bob Evans across the street. We will be staying here again next year for our shopping trip.

I needed a stopping point between travel locations and was pleasantly surprised with my stay in Jeffersonville, OH. Just a little town in southern OH packed with hospitality and quality guest services. An evening light dinner was offered free as well as the expected breakfast buffet and an upgrade to a suite made my stay exceptional.

We stayed here on our way to Nashville. It was a nice enough hotel. We were upgraded to a Whirlpool tub, so that was pretty nice. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hot breakfast was kind of crappy. The only hot choice was biscuits and gravy which were gross.

This hotel is poorly managed and the manager should be fired, along with a few staff. No towels in the room; room was not vacuumed and there was debris all over the floor. This is a new hotel, staffed with friendly and helpful staff. Check in was quick and effecient, the beds were comfortable. The area was quiet and felt secure with security cameras all around the outside. The full breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip touring to tour the New England states.
