they ( specially emery) go way out of their way to please you,during your stay and with their airport transfers. when flying out of cleveland airport consider using this place. great location for everything.

This is a nice hotel. It is obvious that it is an old building that has been renovated. I didn't have any issues with the room. It was comfortable. Except for 1 lady who didn't like that we showed up for breakfast 10minutes before they closed, the service was EXCEPTIONAL from everyone at the hotel! a very pretty hotel with GREAT staff, and nice rooms. Good gym, fast Internet and an awesome breakfast buffet (that was free with my reservation). I think I paid under $100 a night too!
