My kids and grandkids always stay here when they visit from Columbus. The suite is very roomy, with flat-screen TV, and a small fridge. The pool is nice, as is the breakfast. Very good value, and close enough to downtown Cleveland and all the freeways that you can get to all the sights at a considerable discount.

the staff was always pleasant and helpful. our room was spacious and very clean. i liked the fact that the desk was slightly off to one side of the room so the tv was not a distraction when i was using the computer. wi-fi connections were also very good when compared to other hotels in the same area. the breakfast... This is in a nice area, and overall i am a big fan of this chain, the rooms are spacious, fixtures are new, large flat screen TV, real glasses vs paper cups, large sectional couch. I think I had a king mini suite. Free breakfast is better than average with some egg sandwiches with meat, very good.

I had a wonderful experience with Hyatt Place, Indepence, OH. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, which provides the a sense of being home. The staff is extremely courteous and accommodating. I especially recommend Joy, Darrell and Lidiya for their excellent service.
