We decided to stay at Walton House mainly because of the excellent reviews and we weren't disappointed. I can't really add much to what's been written already but would like to say that tht continental breakfast was the best we have had for a long time.

I found the Walton House by accident--I'd been riding on my motorcycle from the northern regions of Tasmania and had enough for the day--the folks at the Tourist Information bureau in Huonville sent me to John and Tanya's splendid B&B.
I was the only guest on that weekday, and was given #1, which I am presuming must be the best...

Walton House has the most wonderful hosts. They obviously care very much about their B&B, they should be a case study for those wishing to go into the business! I turned up early evening with no booking which was no problem at all. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in, the bath enormous, didn't try the breakfast but it looked very good. Would definitely stay here again
