Can't add too much to the comments. Had dinner in the restaurant on New Year's Eve and it was very good. Great views from both the rooms and the restaurant. Rooms perfect - clean, comfortable, kitchenette was great for doing your own breakfast with a full size fridge, toaster and kettle although no cooking facilities. Only criticism - the music... more

Just returned from Tassie and stayed at Edge Of the Bay Resort for 2 nights. What a beautiful location,can stroll onto the beach from your room. The room was very nicely decorated and very comfy. The rope entrance into the units is ridiculous - what is it for???? The restaurant wasn't open. The fee for staying is completely out of value for that time of year (winter - only 2 units occupied at that time). We found the attitude of the staff on enquiry was arrogant and dismissive. Had the 1st Ocean View suite nearest to the reception. Lulled to sleep by the waves beating ashore and awake to the sound of the roaring ocean with birds chirping.
