Just up the road from the M5 and the M6, Premier Inn Hotel West Bromwich is right at the heart of the action. If you're away on work, the Black Country is only a short drive away, while Birmingham is just up the road too. Take the nearby Metro into Birmingham or Wolverhampton to enjoy a great day out without the hassle of driving. Or travel back in time at the Black Country Museum to see the industrial heritage. Drayton Manor and West Midlands Safari Park are well worth a visit too. At the end of the day, come back to a tasty meal in our restaurant and a lovely comfy bed.
I stayed here 2 weekends in a row due to travel and seeing family. First visit was fine , what I expected, minor issue with having to go up and down asking for extra towels as only one left. Other than that was fine! 2nd stay was disgusted by black mould floating in the bath with me. The over flow and plug were thick with it! No one on reception when I left in morning , on return for 2nd night I told the receptionist who apologised but done nothing else . Too tired to think I had to shower . Again having to go back down and up as not enough towels were supplied ! After making a complaint and a phone call to the receptionist the night I checked out I am still awaiting a response…. Poor show

Stayed for one night to travel to central Birmingham. Plenty of car parking, right next to a pub which is reasonable pricing and lots of supermarkets and food places nearby (probably need to drive as dual carriageways). Reception staff were fab and friendly. Room is perfect, very clean and spacious. Made our stay that staff put an incentive welcome gift as a thank you for staying with them. This is the only premier inn I’ve known to do this and will stay with me for a while. Will 100% return if planning to visit Birmingham again purely from the friendliness and effort the team made.

We were up in West Brom for a wedding and reception, it was great couple of nights, nice hotel clean and friendly staff. The reception staff were friendly and the The Table Table restaurant next door served good food.

I always use premier inn but was very disappointed the bed was uncomfortable, use the shower and the drain stink overpowers you, shower runs randomly hot/cold in between. Try to flush the toilet and you have to press both buttons which were very hard. Connecting room doors don't actually close properly.

The hotel was great but like most of the Premier inns the restaurant was awful. I no longer stay in Premier inns with certain brands attached due to the kid size portions. Total rip off! On this occasion the staff were arrogant, Horrible attitude because the table wasn’t booked but the system was broke in the hotel so couldn’t book. I was made to sit in the pub and eat dinner when the restaurant was half empty the whole time I was there. Long enough for a couple of pints and dinner. I left hungry and disappointed. The treatment at breakfast was similar again hadn’t booked… Just a horrible place with horrible atmosphere and staff.

We came with the family for a stop over and could not believe the value for money we got. The children were welcome in the room with a letter and treats. The beds were comfortable, big fluffy bedding and extra pillows. The rooms was really clean, breakfast cooked to order, hot and lovely. The customer service from the breakfast staff was exceptional. We would recommend to all.

As always the premier inn West Bromwich lived up to all expectations. We book here every year whilst in Birmingham visiting and the hotel is always so welcoming to my family. Brilliant staff who are very friendly and chatty. Thank you !

Second time staying here whilst visiting for a family party. Room was perfect! The housekeeping team are lovely and welcoming. Added bonus of the effort they went to and left us and the children some goodies. Will be returning again in the summer
