I stayed at the Park Inn last weekend as a member of a hen party booking.
The hotel was a little bit far away from Birmingham city centre (20 mins taxi & more so if you time it wrong with the football crowds!), so please bear this in mind if you want to visit the city for shopping and nightlife....

Girl on Reception wasn't very helpful & had difficulty with her English. But later on there was a guy on and he couldn't have been more helpful!

Myself and my Fiance did not check in til 10.30pm but staff were still smiling and very helpful. Even got us ice after bar closed

I have stayed here with work a few times. On arrival the outside is nothing to get to excited about, however the inside in exceptionally clean and friendly.
