just spent the last 3 days at this hotel, and will definately not return, not enough tables for customers for breakfast as "being used for a conference", some of the staff were helpful,but service was at best slow, even the most basic economy chain hotels have complimentary shower, hair products etc but not here. Having stayed in this hotel many times, I have seem a clear improvement. It is clean, service standards have been improved and staff much more friendly. This is one of the most disguisting hotels I have stayed in for £85 per night! The reception staff were uninterested, the corridor stunk of drains, the carpets in areas were threadbare and smelt mouldy.
