These places are usually 'best of the cheap chains' and wouldn't warrant any review here from me - they are what they are. In this case the room was OK, bed worked fine etc Wi-fi didn't work, so I gave up after 40 minutes and three trips (outside) to reception. Stayed for just one night. The receptionist was lovely. Huge smile and could not have been more helpful. Lovely clean room and bathroom. Large LED TV with plenty of channels. Nothing at all to fault. Too much noise, concern over security as I stayed in a separate building away from main reception. Door security did not seem to be in operation.

I stay in Premier Inns across the country and appreciate the generally high standard of both staff and accommodation, and the excellent value of the price. I still occasionally try other hotels in the same price range but always regret it.

Each time we book a Premier we think Weve got to get a bad one sometime ! but again our stay was great ,good clean room,plenty of tea/coffee ,only had to ask if more was required.Reception staff full of fun ,nothing too much trouble,restaurant staff helpful,evening meal maybe not as good as it could have been(maybe our choice of food)...
