Most terrible food, service. Waiting staff have no idea what they ae doing, but did keep an old man happy by wearing very short skirts and very low tops. I don't think this place is a hotel or restaurant, more like a student bar. So if that's you thing,go and laugh with them.If you want somewhere where you can act more your age,go... More

The service from the bar staff was unfriendly and slow, the food service was extremely slow and the staff inexperienced. We asked for a mince pie without brandy butter for one of our party who is dairy intolerant but the waitress did not come back to either bring one or tell us why she couldnt. We sat with dirty plates... More

The food was excellent and the speed and quality of service could not be faulted. The burgers were good. The burger with the chillies is defnitely hot!! We are early evening and had a good time More

I would not reccomend this hotel. It was quite frankly disgusting. The stairs leading to the rooms were filthy and stank of dog. The rooms were freezing and one room out of my party had a hole in the wall! The landlord is one of the rudest I have ever met, it was an effort for him to come downstairts... More

Had dinner at the 'home of the gourmet burger' with my wwife and friends, and although the meal was okay it was not great considering the price. For burger and chips I would not mind paying £10-12 if it lived up to the billing but it was little more than average and hardly gourmet. The thing that let this meal... More

Was very pleased with the overall service, food and accommodation. Everything was of a high standard, enjoyed the company of the bar staff and the managers. it offers a good quality accommodation at a very reasonable cost in a traditional setting very close to the station. More

I stayed at the Mulberry in march 2011 while I was taking a course at squires kitchen, and I honestly have not had a worst experience at a hotel in my life. I am registered disabled and they had no access to get to the room apart from the stairs even though we had pre warned them that I struggled... More

I went to stay at the Mulberry for three nights in August as I was visiting some friends in Farnham. I wanted a hotel that was affordable, convenient for public transport and with a good atmosphere for nights with my mates. I was not disappointed. The Muberry was a one minute walk from the station and as soon as I... More

I booked the hotel for two reasons, as a business traveler I needed to use Amex and have internet access. Both these were promised on the phone and advertised on their web page. When we arrive after an long tiring transatlantic travel day we are informed by a couldn't care less attitude boy behind the bar that they dont take... More

Welcome wasnt friendly but we did get showed to our room. Although, the room was clean, this hotel needs a major lick of paint, it just looks so unloved. The towels stank of chip fat, perhaps they are washed with the chef whites - who knows! There were dirty fingerprints all over the walls. It was freezing, we both had... More
