The location next to the grandstand on the downs is perfect for exploring this lovely town. Quiet and secluded, the only noise is from the doors of other rooms which is a little annoying. The inclusive breakfast was surprisingly good. Will definitely be back.

We stayed here for a weekend as we had a party to go to in Epsom and this was near enough but away from the busy parts of Epsom itself.
very clean, bright and modern hotel, staff were very helpful and as the breakfasts were in the price very reasonable. Breakfast foods were good and fresh and lots of options....

I use Holiday Inn Express regularly, more for convenience when working away from home than anything else.
