I have just been par-broiled in the hottest hotel room I have ever had the misery to stay in. Unless the outside temperature is below freezing, avoid the Premiar Inn West Croydon at all costs.

£19 a room. 15 minutes from Gatwick. Excellent rooms. Friendly staff. Book It!

The high reviews here led me to believe that this was a nice place, but it is most definitely an average place, in all respects.

Stayed overnight as family of 4. Children 7 & 12. Very friendly and helpful. Room comfortable and quiet on ground floor. Had phoned ahead of arrival and requested room early (midday) as we needed to change before going to wedding. Receptionist and housekeeping staff went out of their way to ensure the room was ready early for us.

Stayed for one night, usually we use the Hilton in the same area when visiting family. Very happy with everything especially the very helpful staff. Our family met us in reception on Saturday morning and had been given tea and coffee by the receptionist, not what happens at the Hilton!! Will probably stay here next time instead of the Hilton.
