Stayed here as was attending my friends commissioning ball at the Royal Military Base. The rrom was suppossed to be a family room... it was rather small, second bed was just a matress on the floor, my ankles hung of the end. Staff were helpful though.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. I forgot to make the booking for a family room. However after explaining to the receptionist she gave me a lovely family room. The staff always ask if you need any help and are polite and chatty without being intrusive. The rooms are spotless and the beds are really comfy.
