It is central but I would suggest making more of an effort to find accom elsewhere around Stone. The occupancy is apparently high everywhere and available rooms can be scarce but the price here is a rip off for what you get in return.

While the hotel would benefit from a sympathetic refresh of paint and plaster, you can clearly see the hotels charm, with wonderful original wood panelling throughout and open fires.
