Check in was easy as was finding the room. The room was clean although there were quite a few long hairs scattered around the room. Nice views from the room. Planned a trip to Alton Towers and decided to stay over, found out that you can get much cheaper rates on other websites than ringing the hotel direct or by going on the hotels website - so if you do decide to book, go this way!
