John was a great host, very helpful. Rooms were just what you need, very comfy beds and a fantastic view looking over the countryside and river running next to the Inn. This pub has 'location, location'. The view from our bedroom windows (room number 5) was wonderful. The river Barle goes rushing by, swallows swoop outside the window, a view also of the huge picture postcard garden stocked with beautiful flowers and beautifully tended.
