Thought the location was beautiful along side the canal. Food was very nice and bar service was prompt and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Had a lovely meal in the evening with a couple of drinks, very comfortable night's sleep and a delicious breakfast in the morning. If we ever pass by again, we'll be sure to stay here.

My girlfriend and i were driving back on the M5 and saw the boat and anchor near bridgwater . We pulled of to have a quick bit to eat and it was great. We were very VERY pleased and felt very welcome.So if you ever do pass through the area i highly recommened it .

Fair size rooms with traditional furnishings giving that cosy feeling. Country side surroundings despite being next to the motor way you can ensure a peaceful nights sleep. 24 hour access to rooms which are cleaned on daily basis. Tasteful food and vast amounts of parking space.

Stopped here for a bite to eat after a long day and was pleasantly surprised by both the service and the food. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and the food was of a good standard. Had a great time in this relaxing setting. Will definitely be back in the near future.
